Digital products, payment and download
What you receive
Each photograph is supplied as its original full-resolution JPEG, in its original aspect ratio and sRGB colour profile, without a watermark. A single photograph is delivered in a ZIP archive with one JPEG and a short licence file. A series contains all listed original JPEG files and one common licence file.
Payment
Card payments are completed on the Stripe-hosted Checkout page. Stripe receives and processes the card details, performs any required 3D Secure and fraud checks, and bakrachev.com does not receive or store card numbers. The displayed price includes applicable indirect tax when Stripe Managed Payments is used.
Delivery and download
Access is created only after a signed Stripe webhook confirms the exact order, product, amount, currency and paid status. Reaching a success page alone never unlocks a file. The protected link is normally valid for 7 days and up to 3 downloads and is shown after confirmation and sent by email.
Perpetual commercial licence
The purchase includes one broad, perpetual and worldwide licence for personal and commercial use, websites, social media, advertising, publications, presentations, videos, editing, combination with other elements and products for sale such as shirts, calendars and posters, with no print-run limit. Copyright remains with Hristo Bakrachev.
What is not permitted
You may not resell or distribute the original digital file as a standalone photograph, upload it to Shutterstock or another stock marketplace for resale, or claim authorship of the photograph.
Refunds and immediate digital delivery
Before payment you must expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins. After access has been issued, refunds are not normally offered for a change of mind. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for a defective, inaccessible or incorrectly supplied file.
Technical problems and restoring access
If the connection is interrupted or the email does not arrive, use the purchase-access page with the order number and purchase email. For security, recovery messages are sent only to the email recorded with the paid order. Restore purchase access. For further help, contact contact@bakrachev.com.
Personal data
The order number, customer name and email supplied to Stripe, Stripe identifiers, paid amount, payment time, access status and download events are retained for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting and dispute evidence. Card numbers are processed by Stripe and are never stored by bakrachev.com. Read the privacy notice
Physical prints
Physical prints are not sold automatically through the digital store. Size, material, price, payment and delivery are agreed personally through a separate print inquiry. Send a print inquiry
