Contact inquiries
When you send an inquiry, the name, email address, inquiry type, and message you provide are stored so Hristo Bakrachev can respond and manage the conversation. The information is not sold and is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It is used to understand general website usage. You can decline analytics when the consent notice is shown.
Digital orders and delivery
For a digital purchase, the order number, customer name and email supplied through Stripe, Stripe identifiers, amount, currency, payment time, access status, hashed technical identifiers and download events are processed for payment confirmation, secure delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting and dispute evidence. Stripe processes card data; bakrachev.com never stores card numbers.
Service providers
Stripe is used for payment processing and Managed Payments, Supabase for the protected database and private file storage, and Resend for transactional delivery emails. They receive only the information needed for their role.
