At sunrise, the fishing boats of Tyulenovo rest above the water on long metal rails that spread across the rocky shore. Seen directly from above, the slipways create a strong geometric pattern as they descend into the clear blue-green sea. Warm light reaches the boats, rails and exposed rocks, revealing the practical character of the small harbour and its close connection with the rugged northern Black Sea coast.
