About this photograph

I photographed this sunrise at the Stone Ships, the two distinctive rock formations in St Yani Bay near Sinemorets. The sea was unusually calm, and the shallow water between the rocks reflected both the heavy clouds and the first warm light of the day. The sun appeared beside one of the “ships” for only a short moment, just before the clouds closed over it again.
