About this photograph

I photographed this winter scene while travelling along Bulgaria’s Sub-Balkan Road. Fresh snow covered every branch and transformed the forest into a white tunnel above the sweeping bend. The road itself had already been cleared, leaving the dark, wet asphalt in sharp contrast with the trees and snow around it.
