About this photograph

I photographed this sunrise from the wooden benches beside Eho Hut. Heavy clouds still covered most of the sky, but the first light was beginning to reach the grassy ridge and the distant mountain slopes. The table and benches face one of the finest views around the hut—a simple place to sit quietly and watch the layers of the Central Balkan disappear into the morning haze.
