About this photograph

I photographed the small Holy Trinity Chapel at sunrise, as the first warm light reached the ridge above Eho Hut. The chapel stands at around 1,700 metres, only a few minutes from the hut and beneath Yumruka Peak. While the sunlight illuminated its stone walls and the surrounding grass, low clouds still lingered in the valleys below.
