The rocky peaks of Sokolitsite rise sharply above the dense coniferous forests of the Rhodope Mountains. A winding road follows the contours of the ridge below, passing between the trees and the exposed rock formations. Beyond them, successive mountain ranges fade into the distance beneath a sky filled with large summer clouds, revealing the scale and depth of the surrounding landscape.
