About this photograph

I took this photograph in the early morning during the annual balloon fiesta in Belogradchik. The balloon was passing above the rocks just as the rising sun began to colour the sky. For a brief moment, the soft light, clouds and distant mountain ridges came together in a scene worth waiting for.
