About this photograph

There are many designated places to rest along the Canyon of Waterfalls trail, with wooden benches and tables set among the trees. I photographed this small resting place beside the sign pointing towards the Cascades waterfall. These simple wooden benches are a welcome sight along the steeper parts of the route and fit naturally into the surrounding forest.
