About this photograph

I took this photograph from the observation platform at the end of the Goritsa eco-trail. From here, the entire 39-metre waterfall can be seen as it drops from the high cliff and continues through the narrow gorge below. Mist covered the upper part of the rocks that day, while the bare branches and wet green slopes framed the waterfall naturally. The short trail begins near the old fulling mills at the upper end of Ovchartsi and follows the river through the forest before reaching this view.
